The login process is changing
We are in the process of introducing a new login system that will allow you to access services and resources on our websites via a single, personal account.
Why create a MYCSI account?
If you're a CSI customer you can set up a personal account that is linked to your organization's license details and download credentials. Create and manage your own email-based account, and access all your licensed products and CSI resources simply and quickly.
And if you're just visiting and not a CSI customer yet, a personal account means you can readily access any of our manuals, demos or tools, without filling in any more forms.
In the future, as we bring in new features, you will be able to personalize your MYCSI account and tailor content to your own needs.

Should I register with a personal email address or a generic one?
MYCSI accounts are personal to you, even though they may be linked to your company's licensed products, so you should register with your own company or personal email address. Your company can have as many individual MYCSI accounts as they wish.

What happens when I log in?
- If you have existing CSI download credentials and use them to log into the product downloads section
When you log in to the product downloads area of the site, we will ask you to set up a MYCSI account that uses a single, personal set of email-based credentials. You will be able to download your products and access free resources using your new MYCSI credentials. However, to set up and configure your CSI software you will need to enter the product credentials supplied with your license.
- If you aren't a CSI customer yet
If you don't own a licensed CSI product, setting up a MYCSI account will not give you access to the product downloads area of the website. However, your registration details are recorded, so once you have completed your registration, you won't need to fill out any more of our forms in order to access white papers, free trials, web seminars and other free resources. - If you are downloading a free trial
Once you have registered for a free trial, you will have access to all our free resources, including the product download area of the website to download your demo. However, to set up and configure your CSI software, you will need product credentials, which are sent with your demo email confirmation.
How do I change my password?
After logging in you can change your password in Manage my Account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one, or email Customer Service.
How do I remove a user from my company's linked accounts?
If you need to completely remove or unlink a user account please contact Customer Service.
