Please note as of Jan 1 2003, we have discontinued our DOS version and have dropped the support as of Jan 2004. If you are still using the DOS version you may upgrade to our latest .NET version. We will transfer your existing transactions and customers at no extra charge. Click here to upgrade.

CSI License Renewal Process
In order to keep in touch with our customers, CSI license is required to be re-registered annually. License renewal message pops-up 3 weeks in advance to give users sufficient time to contact CSI.
Renewal Process for Customers that are on CSI Support Program:
If you have signed up for CSI support program, you may renew your license through our website automatically and have access to the latest upgrades/manuals. Please register online to obtain your system activation and upgrades. Click on the following link and select New customers. If you are already registered, select Returning Customers option. Logon, then select registration. Copy and paste the security code from your registration screen enter your name, phone#, address and select Submit. Enter/Copy the security code in registration screen and press Register.
Renewal Process for Customers that are Not on CSI Support Program:
If you are not on our support program, you may register by phone, email or internet. There is no charge for software renewal, however in order to keep your software up to date and be able to give proper support, you are required to update your software at least once every 3 years. Your license WILL not be re-registered if the software version is out of date. For additional information on our upgrade or support please visit here.
If you are not interested in keeping your software up to date and require no support, please click here to download/sign our support refusal form and return to CSI ASAP.
Register By Phone, email/Helpdesk
If you prefer to register by phone, please call our support line 416-497-0370, or toll-free 1-888-836-7274 x41. When calling, please make sure to have your system Security code ready.
To get your Security Code, on your server computer, Exit the program and go back in. You should get the registration screen. After obtaining your Registration Code, enter it on the Reg. Code Field and select Register. If you have internet connection after contacting tech support, select appropriate Help desk and press invite. This would allow our support staff to logon and do the activation for you.
Alternatively you may select email option to email the registration code to obtain your password.
